Leah Craig is an interdisciplinary artist, mother, and educator examining the intersections of public space, representation, and environmental justice. As an educator, Leah develops and teaches visual and critical studies courses at both undergraduate and graduate levels. Her courses explore how systems of power shape public spaces, cultural expression, and human relationships with the environment through an intersectional lens.

Leah’s current artistic practice involves installation, fibers, and performance as means for exploring human relationships to the more-than-human world. Her site-specific artistic interventions offer playful prompts to challenge dominant narratives, foster community dialogue, and promote multi-species justice.
