Part of a series exploring the aesthetics of life and mortality, especially the act of breathing, the role of water as life-giving, and the potential for color to transform an object's emotional resonance. Media and dimensions variable.

This video is a meditation on life-support and on the role of water as life-giving. It invites consideration of how color can be used to visualize the visceral experience of breathing, whether it can ameliorate an otherwise repellent image, and ultimately, whether it can sustain a tolerable space in which to witness the act of dying.
